The founders of the very first Gilroy Garlic Festival in 1979 wanted to share extraordinary garlic food with visitors from across the globe. Since then, Gourmet Alley and the “pyro chefs” have become the heart of America’s premier summertime food event.

Booths at the Gilroy Garlic Festival are a hot commodity among vendors. We carefully screen all vendors to offer the best variety available at any festival. Whether you like your salmon, ice cream, or popcorn laced with garlic, you can find it all here — along with a few vampire-friendly (garlic-free) edibles and beverages. Vendor applications are generally available starting in January.
